Decent store, employees are nice for the exception of the older woman that works there. I've been coming to this location weekly for the past few months and I don't believe she's ever said one sentence to me, except to tell me my total. Yet she can carry on a conversation with a customer on there way through the door for 15 minutes. Every. Single. Time. Everyone else is nice and very helpful, the poor woman simply needs to learn basic customer service.
Great store for your pets. A couple of the folks here really know their stuff. They try to help. The prices here are not our of line and can be cheaper than the big box pet stores.
So far we have had 4 dogs that got their shots here. They have the best prices we could find in Owasso. There is often a little line, so try to come while people are at work, usually right when they open is good.
This was the worst pet store I have ever seen!!!! Went in to see about getting a rabies vaccination for my dog, the lady at the register was not only rude & hateful to us the customer but was on the phone with someone and told them" just hold on people are standing here staring at me!!!" We were not in any hurry....just waiting to ask about getting the vaccine . One would think she would have been pleasant not only to us but the person on the phone. I will never step foot in that store & am passing on the word to friends and family not to go there!!!!!?
Awesome place... If they don't have it, they will order it for you..... Now that's service.
