I have been a member of the Family Animal Medicine "family" of clients since they opened the doors. The entire staff at FAM make you and your fur babies feel like family. They truly have a compassionate heart for animals; providing exceptional care with a great home town attitude and value. Both of my girls hop right in the truck and are ready to go when I say the word "VET"! I would recommend the team at Family Animal Medicine to any and every one!
We love Family Animal Medicine....from the staff to the Drs to the Groomer the entire place just rocks and flows evenly like a well oiled machine. They are all very friendly and respond to emergencies or just general visits with the same desire to want to help get your family member feeling better. The prices are very reasonable and they even have a immunization clinic during certain days that helps save money. They also give back to the community which also is awesome.
I was initially impressed with their website/ratings and my boyfriend had good experiences in the beginning, but my first visit with the puppies was not great. I had an evening appointment, so I am sure they were ready to go home, but neither person that entered the room said their title and I had to ask their names. They gave my dogs shots with care, but left no time for me to ask questions. I felt like I visited a low cost clinic while paying for a vet I am not sure was present. I also felt overcharged. While they may have good pricing for the Owasso area, I would recommend checking prices in Tulsa before committing. I was a little astonished at the price differences.They were nice enough and clean, but pricey and a little absent minded.
Very happy with my experience bringing our family Rottweiler (Diesel) to the clinic for a tick removal and regular exam. Dr. Jenny Nobles was great with our Diesel and she also has a very friendly staff!
I helped my friend take her two dogs here and seen how great they were with her babies I decided that they would be perfect for our babies! We took our fur babies to this Family Animal Medicine for the first time and they were AMAZING!!! The boys liked the staff and our youngest who doesn't like to be messed with and touched was more calm than ever!!
