I have always had great, friendly service.
Overall Friendly and did a good job cleaning the items that I needed cleaned. I was however, very disappointed with the lack of communication with trying to get a dress altered.
Update: I received a phone call from Water Stone about this issue and they were completely understanding and went above and beyond to resolve the situation. I went from not going back again to absolutely going back for anything I need. Great job!

Horrible rude drivers. When driving through a neighborhood you should be courteous and yield to residents already in the process of backing out of their driveways.
I was in need of preserving my daughter's wedding dress. I had a friend, who had a wonderful knowledge of museum preservation, give me some pointers of what to do. I looked through Tulsa for someone to properly clean the gown and preserve it and happened to come across Waterstone Cleaners in Owasso. I called and asked if they would preserve the gown a special way and they said they would be happy to. They went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. The gown is absolutely beautiful and I am completely impressed. I will be using them for all of my dry cleaning needs from now on.
