I wouldn't normally review a laundromat, but this place is a amazing. Free Wi-Fi, super clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Has a variety of sizes washers and dryers. Living on the road I have seen my share of laundromats. This one is my favorite. Prices are reasonable It is a coinless laundry, but the staff is helpful and explains your best options. Plus hello paying with CC and not digging around for quarters.
My best friend and her family recently suffered a loss and since I live out of state, I couldn’t go help directly. So, I called Owasso Express Laundry Center to set up an account for them so they could bring their laundry and not have to worry about that chore during their time of grief. Marty answered the phone and spent so much time helping to set up their account so that anyone can call and contribute. He was so professional and prompt and I am confident that they will provide an excellent service for my friend and her family. As Marty said, “We will provide them with the absolute best service and we will preserve their dignity.” He has since called me just to say that the laundry fund is going very well. New laundromat! This place is nice and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every time I have washed my clothes there it has always been pristine. The machines are new and clean. They also offer to laundry services, where they will wash you clothes for you. The cost of that service is per pound.
This is an excellent place to visit if your needing their services. Janet and her staff are amazing ppl always willing to help and keep such a great clean facility.
We have a 20 year old throw rug that I sent in to Owasso Express to get cleaned and it came back looking BRAND NEW. The staff were friendly and courteous, took my information quickly and handled my rug with care. My children had drawn on it with markers and crayons and all those stains are now gone. Thank you for an amazing experience! I'll definitely be back!
