We were doing a bathroom remodel and needed vanity with sink and a new toilet and facets. My husband had recently had prostrate cancer and had only been out of hospital a few weeks but wanted to get this done. Dennis was working in that area and I asked if he could help getting things on cart. I explained what was going on so he let us shop around and when we were finished he approached us again and loaded everything on cart and said to my husband if you will drive around I'll load it for you. What a blessing he was and since we were either buying at Home Depot or Lowes I'd say we made an excellent choice. Thank you Dennis for your hard work and for your compassion
I went in to get some electrical supplies and met with a gentleman named Dale. He helped me figure out what I needed and even offered me a couple of alternatives at different price points if I was interested in future expansions. This was after I went to the orange competitor and stood on the electrical aisle for about 10 minutes trying to figure out what I needed. No one ever approached me or offered me assistance there. I am a regular at this Lowes location. I find them curtious and easy to deal with. They usually have stock in most ares.
Poor service Saturday 8-19-17 ..cashier called for someone to load sheet rock which was outside. I drove up and the tall guy took off and went inside. I went inside and asked cashier to have someone to come out. Cashier called again. I stood outside waiting and still no one came. ThE wife started helping me get the sheet rock. Luckily a customer cane other help me load. Said same thin happened just inside no one would help him... Just went to home Depot to get something else ..they were very helpful. ..
