Took my dad's stihl Chainsaw in to be serviced after trying to start it and it had no compression. My husband took the Chainsaw back to show the stihl guys what it was doing and they grabbed the pull string and let the saw its self drop to the ground (this was a $600 saw new bought in 2014) the chain and bar was aloud to hit the concrete floor and the guy that is with this other one says "wow I've never seen one fall that fast". which tells me this isn't the first time they have done this to some bodies property that has been left in what is supposed to be trusting hands to be serviced. I do not recommend them as a service provider for stihl equipment.
