Took my car in to have them replace altinator. They accidently cut my air conditioning line. Had to bring it back to to have it fixed which they said they would at no cost. We brought it back they put the new line in when my husband we to pick up car they asked if he would pay for the part. He felt put on the spot he agreed. So they charged him 60 $$$ and some change . I don't think that was fair at all and I am very displeased.
Needing help quickly I went to Quality Tire and I received the best customer service and also service. I went in as women not knowing exactly what all I would need but had an idea. To my surprise it was a quick fix and what I thought I needed fixed was checked over and drove for many more miles as they let me know I could purchase now or wait. To me that is service. They took care of me. Since then anytime I need an oil change or anything I have taken there and I know have piece of mind that they will take care things honestly and are reasonable. They don't sale me what is not needed. It is a hard business to be in and run on top of being family owned. Great job!
These guys are great!!! They are very honest, talk through options for your problem, suggest what would work for your budget if possible. Highly recommend giving them a try for all your tire or auto needs.
Great place. Was in and out of here in the time it took me to give Robertson Tire in Owasso a 1 star review. I ended up finding this place after standing in Robertson tire for 5 minutes without even a hello from the staff there. I was ignored while they chatted about their personal lives. Completely different and much better experience at Quality Tire. Thanks to the tech and office staff.
Best place and good prices. Everyone is chill and laid back and always have a good time frame.
