Brought my car here needing a new fuel pump. I have a warrenty to cover this and shouldnt need to pay anything above my deductible, however these greedy money hungry mechanics are charging me an up charge on the part because 'thats how a money profitable business works'. Now mind you this up charge is on top of the retail price i could go buy it off the shelf for. They dont pay retail they get a discount off it and their 'profit' should be the money they make charging retail when they pay less. I called every other repair shop and they are only charging the retail fee as it should be. I worked in an auto shop for a long time and am fully aware how this should work and these guy are disgusting money hungry jerks. Do not take your vehicle to them unless you have hundreds of extra dollars to shove in their pockets! Im absolutely disgusted by the way they do business and treat people. Would give 0 stars if possible.
I don't trust a company who asks their customers to review them online in order to be entered into a drawing. Makes me wonder if those 5 star reviews are real or just bribes?
Been here twice, very nice and welcoming. I paid just 20$ to get an oil change(supplying my own oil + filter). They don't try to upsell you on anything and provide drinks while you wait. Would highly recommend!
