It was great, i purchased many items including a pair of sunglasses. I don't believe the cashier handled the transaction properly. I set of some kind of alarm leaving the store. Made me feel like i was some kind of criminal even though i did nothing wrong!
I don't understand why my 22 year old boyfriend can't buy an R rated movie from here just because I forgot my ID. He was buying the movie (and had his ID) and I was just standing next to him, why do I need my ID? What if I come in here with my 2 year old daughter and she's sitting next to me, can I not buy an R rated movie because I brought her. Are you going to ask for her ID? Why does the person youre with have to have their ID with them when YOU are purchasing items? Now I have to go all the way home and back for a movie. I would understand if I was buying the movie and had forgotten my ID, and they said I couldn't buy it. But come on! What happened makes zero sense. Even if I was underage I could go see an R rated movie with someone who is 21 or older at the theater. So there should be no reason whatsoever why he couldn't buy this movie (The Departed) at neighborhood market. I just want a logical explanation.
Employees are always super friendly when I come in, it pays to treat your employees right!
Update: Went back and bought the movie and was not asked for my ID. Why is Wal-Mart playing games with me? They need to get their policies straight. Just happy I got the movie.
