I Love my house and this company! Extra easy to work with, had a leak in the roof they sent someone the following morning to fix it! I would most definitely refer them to anyone looking to rent a property!
Does excellent property management! All repairs are fixed in a very timely manner. Their management fees are the most affordable I have found in the area. Does an awesome job finding investment properties for me. They are a one stop shop for all of my real estate business. I have been more than satisfied with the service I have received.
Really great people. Always fixed the house I rented in a reasonable time frame. They had some of the cheapest priced houses in Owasso/Collinsville area. Definitely not a slum lord.
Really great to rent from. If you actually pay your rent they are awesome. Will work with you within range of reason.
Do not do business with this company. They are nice until you have to ask them over and over again to fix things, spray for bugs & whatever else that needs to be done to their rental properties. They are overpriced for how the properties are in condition for. The houses are not properly taken care of. Example, when my husband, daughter and I tolerated living there, there was roaches that crawled all over everything, mice, there wasn't say weather stripping on the doors and that invited spiders and whatever other animal or bugs into the home. Mold inside the air and heating unit inside the home. Carpet that smelled like animal. I could go on and on. Please carefully check out before you rent for these people. Check everything in the home. To be honest they don't deserve any stars.
