Great library with very helpful librarians. This library is part of the Tulsa City County Library System. Being part of it allow many nice things including events, digital books and many other updates.
The library is clean, well lit, and is staffed by very nice librarians who always seem more than just a little busy. Overall, the library in Owasso seems to do brisk business with plenty of patrons there every time I go, plenty of books on reserve, and plenty that have been returned. While I rarely can go and pick up the book I'm after off the shelf, the request/reserve system that utilizes all of the county's libraries makes it easy to get the book you want within a few days.
