I go here mostly for salon services. Koko is the best beautician I know outside of my family. She treats every client like they are special and that they are her only focus.
Great place to shop. You can also find stuff online and have it shipped to the store for free. That has saved me quite a bit on shipping costs the last couple of years. I just found a motorcycle jacket online that was $125 and was on sale and in my size. After rewards points and a discount, and free shipping to the store, I paid $12 for it.
The selections are good. Sometimes they will have good sales. They tend to be over priced, considering that other retailers offer the same product at a reduced rate. The service here is super strange. If I were a suit, they love to help me. If I go in there wearing sweats you would think I was beneath them. When you do get help it never seems genuine or sincere.
We love this store and the staff. They are always helpful. If the item(s) are out of stock in store, they staff is very helpful in making sure I have the right information to order it online. The one downfall my family has, as well as all the other customers that was checking out at the same time, is the stinky scent items for sale at the front checkout area. It is very overwhelming and for those of us with asthma it really affects us. It would be most appreciated for this item to be removed from the checkout areas. The staff stated there has been multiple complaints but management will not remove them. Otherwise, great store...just checkout at any register other than the front.
JC Penney and Sephora are great places to shop. The employees are very very friendly and knowledgeable, and also very helpful. I shop there all the time, and will continue to do so.
