I have gone twice and the last time my car still had plenty of bugs on it and grime on the tailgate. (I used the soft touch). I also had a filmy substance on my windows the next day. For the cost I am not that impressed - it expensive and not worth it if I have to still wash my windows and clean the car of bugs afterward
Excellent car wash! I stopped by a few weeks ago because I saw they had free vacuums, which work amazing btw. Stopped in today to try out the car wash, and it was equally excellent. Probably the best car wash I've used other than washing it by hand at home! I used the soft touch, top tier wash. Highly recommend.
This car wash has some great features. The spray nozzles have great pressure, vacuums are free, they have great cleaning options, and they even take a credit or debit card. Here is where they lost stars. When you use your credit or debit card know that the minimum charge is $3.00 and max charge in one swipe is $15.00. Most people just swipe their card and don't think twice just wash their card. Know that you have to hit the drop button when you are done or you will be charged $15.00. The price vs clean time is comparable to other car washes. I don't know how they could clearer for the consumer to understand that they have to press the stop button when they are done. It is posted by the machine, but most will swipe and go, without reading.
I was over charged. I started to use the drive threw, but the cheapest car was $11 dollars. So I washed it myself with the IQ spray gun. The water pressure wasn't great and once I was finished it charged me $6.25 on the screen. Then later I was looking online at my bank statement and noticed it charged me $15 dollars. Way over priced anyway and I wont be going back ever.
Soft touch only washed half my car. They did give me another one for free, but still not happy with the way it came out. They have issues to work out still.
