Only issues I've had was sometimes the pin setter drops pins after your first throw and it doesn't always guess how many you've knocked down. Sometimes your ball gets stuck and you have to wait for help and not good if you're renting the lane. They need to offer a rewards program to earn free games or rental.
My fiance and I had a wonderful time. It was our first time bowling in 15 or so years the whole place was amazing.
I paid for myself, my boyfriend and a friend to bowl, we bowled 4 games. I was told it was $5.00 a game. I get to the counter to pay and it's almost $80!!! I kindly ask why it was so expensive the guy (rudely) said "well it's $5 a person for each game and you pay for one shoe for 3 people." Uhmmm that's a little ridiculous. Plus while bowling our lane kept messing up and they just blew it off. TERRIBLE service and TERRIBLE atmosphere. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It was terrible and the food was disgusting. And it was almost $3 for a refil on a drink I already paid $4 for.
Fun place to be at with family or groups. Sometimes the lane pins break but the workers help out. Could be remodeled and updated but it will still be a fun place
We went to my nieces birthday party there and had a fantastic time my husband is in a wheelchair they were so accommodating allowing him to bowl and bring his own stoppers to keep his chair from moving. The place is very clean very family-friendly.
